Terms & Conditions

These terms govern engagements with EliteAspireDesigns. By accepting a proposal or commissioning work, you agree to the terms below.
1. Services
EliteAspireDesigns provides international web design and development services. The scope of each engagement is defined in a written proposal or Project Plan agreed between the studio and the client before work begins.
2. Engagements & Pricing
Our Essential tier starts from £250 and our Signature tier from £650, with final pricing scaled to project scope. Unless otherwise stated in a proposal, all prices are in pounds sterling (£) and exclude applicable taxes.
3. Proposals & Acceptance
A proposal issued by the studio is valid for 30 days from its date. An engagement is formed only when the client accepts the proposal in writing and any agreed deposit is received.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide timely access to content, branding assets, feedback, and decisions. Delays in providing these may affect the agreed timeline and budget.
5. Payment Terms
Unless agreed otherwise, an initial deposit is due on acceptance, with the balance invoiced on agreed milestones. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Late payment may result in work being paused until settlement.
6. Revisions & Scope
Each proposal defines the number of revision rounds included. Changes beyond the agreed scope may be quoted as additional work. We will always confirm scope changes in writing before proceeding.
7. Intellectual Property
On full payment, ownership of the final delivered designs and code transfers to the client. The studio retains the right to feature completed work in its portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement, including business details, unpublished assets, and project correspondence.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues arising from third-party services or content supplied by the client.
10. Support Hours
Phone support is available from 17:00 to 21:00 local time at each hub (London and Prague). Outside these hours, or if a call is unanswered, please email us and we will respond as soon as possible.
11. Cancellation
Either party may cancel an engagement with written notice. The client is liable for work completed up to the cancellation date, and any deposit already paid is non-refundable except where required by law.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The 'last revised' date below indicates the latest version. Engagements already underway continue under the terms agreed at acceptance unless both parties consent otherwise.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the hub nominated in your proposal — England & Wales (London) or Czechia (Prague). Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
